Job summary

Docker is seeking a Remote Customer Experience Engineer – Technical (CXE-T) to design scalable PoC frameworks and reusable lab environments for engineering teams. You will craft repeatable learning paths, build assets, and act as SME for advanced technical questions, enabling faster product adoption.

You will lead one-to-many technical sessions, review existing materials, and align enablement with customer journey stages to remove blockers and accelerate onboarding.

Qualifications

• Prefer building reusable technical systems over repetitive 1:1 firefighting.
• Experience designing reusable lab environments, demo frameworks, or reference architectures for engineering audiences.
• Design and deliver at least one advanced 1:many technical session (live or recorded).
• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or similar technical roles.
• Define 2–3 high-impact technical themes where scalable enablement can reduce friction.
• Familiarity with Docker SBX and MCP Gateway as enterprise controls for agentic AI workloads.
• Primary Goal: Build product mastery, understand recurring customer friction patterns, and identify high-leverage enablement opportunities.
• Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable PoC frameworks that customers can adopt independently or via cohort-based execution.
• Develop repeatable technical learning paths that drive adoption beyond onboarding.
• Deliver a structured enablement series aligned to customer maturity themes (e.g., secure pipelines, governance).
• Review CXE, SE, and Post-Sales materials to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Build assets that support customer journey stages and remove blockers.
• Serve as SME for non-support technical questions beyond standard docs.
• Scale deep product adoption through 1:many enablement and PoCs.
