Job summary

Hyperexponential is looking for a Client Education Associate to deliver technical training to clients and partners and to help build and maintain our training content. You will work with actuaries and developers, translating new features into practical training materials that enable customers to use hx effectively.

You’ll collaborate across Product, Customer, and Partnerships teams to ensure training stays aligned with evolving platform capabilities and customer needs, while maintaining program

Qualifications

• Delivered training, workshops, or technical explanations to a non-technical or semi-technical audience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training sessions, live and online, to clients and partners.
• Build and maintain high-quality course content (online modules, video tutorials, workshop materials).
• Support the design and delivery of certification assessments with practical exercises.
• Partner with Product, Customer, and Partnerships teams to translate features into training material.
