Job summary

Entelect is seeking a .Net Team Lead to steer delivery of enterprise-grade web and mobile applications. You will mentor engineers, shape best practices, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality solutions.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on coding excellence, and the ability to architect small projects within a large enterprise. A hybrid work model is offered with 2–3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 6 years' experience as a software engineer in an enterprise environment.
• Experience driving delivery teams and collaborating with multiple disciplines.
• Proven mentorship and ability to grow others through guidance and feedback.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering and clean code practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver world-class web and mobile applications for enterprise clients.
• Guide a delivery team with other disciplines to successfully ship products.
• Mentor team members, conduct regular feedback, and drive improvement.
• Architect and structure small projects within an enterprise context.
• Foster collaboration, manage stakeholder expectations and ensure quality.
