LAH Property Marketing Ltd. seeks a Senior Cover Receptionist to deliver a warm, professional front-of-house experience across commercial offices within the Reading area. You will cover planned absences and urgent needs, ensuring tenants, visitors, and contractors receive a welcoming and well-organised service.

Qualifications

Experience in reception or customer-facing roles.
Comfortable travelling within your operating area.
Able to commit to three regular weekdays and approx. 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

Provide a warm, professional welcome for tenants, visitors and contractors.
Manage reception activity including visitors, deliveries and couriers.
Learn each building’s procedures and maintain a polished reception.
Carry out routine checks and report issues through proper channels.
