Job summary

LAH Property Marketing is seeking a Front of House Receptionist for a premium commercial Building in London. You will greet tenants, visitors and contractors, maintain a polished reception area and support occupier engagement initiatives on site.

The role is on-site, with a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30am–5:30pm) and a focus on professional presentation, reliability and clear communication in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Professionalism in presentation and communication
• Calm, confident front-of-house demeanor
• Ability to use email and Microsoft applications
• Attention to detail in reporting and updates

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to tenants, visitors and contractors
• Assist with reception operations, visits, deliveries and couriers
• Prepare refreshments for guests when required and report issues promptly
• Support occupier engagement, newsletters and events as needed
• Liaise with building management and service partners to maintain standards
