LAH Property Marketing Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Senior Cover Receptionist to cover front-of-house across commercial office buildings in Manchester with occasional travel to Leeds and Liverpool. The role offers a guaranteed monthly income with additional paid overtime and outside- hours work.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, hospitality or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to travel within operating area.
• Confident communication and proactive organisation.
• Ability to follow site instructions and work without close supervision.

Responsabilités

• Provide warm, professional welcome to tenants, visitors and contractors.
• Manage reception activity including visitors, deliveries and couriers.
• Learn building procedures and maintain a polished reception.
• Perform routine visual checks and report issues.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, colleagues and service partners.
• Provide clear handovers and support building communications.
