• Front of House reception experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide seamless temporary reception cover and manage the reception area.
• Greet and assist visitors and tenants, ensuring a professional welcome.
• Represent stakeholders with a positive, knowledgeable approach.
• Coordinate couriers, post and deliveries; perform general admin tasks.
• Submit site activity reports as needed.
• Maintain a clean, presentable reception area and vacant spaces.
