Job summary

LAH Property Marketing Ltd seeks a warm, professional Senior Cover Receptionist to provide front-of-house cover across designated London buildings. You will rotate between sites, ensuring tenants, visitors and contractors receive a welcoming, organised service while earning a secure monthly income.

You work three fixed weekdays with an average of 20 paid hours per week; overtime is paid separately at £15.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, hospitality, hotels or corporate services is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently across multiple buildings.
• Professional communication and a welcoming manner.
• Proactive, organised approach with good IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome for tenants, visitors and contractors.
• Manage reception activity including visitors, deliveries and couriers.
• Learn each building’s procedures and maintain a polished reception.
• Carry out routine visual checks and report issues through proper channels.
