Job summary

Howden is expanding its Mid-Market Practice and seeks an experienced Client Adviser to join the team and shape a servicing proposition built around exceptional client outcomes. You will work alongside Client Directors and the wider servicing team to support a portfolio of mid-market and corporate clients.

Reporting to the Client Advisory Team Manager, you will build trusted relationships, drive retention and growth objectives, and help establish a high-performing, scalable client servicing model

Qualifications

• Experience supporting mid-market or corporate clients in commercial insurance.
• Strong technical knowledge across commercial insurance classes and complex programmes.
• Progress towards or completion of Dip CII qualifications is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with mid-market and corporate clients, delivering exceptional service and support throughout the year.
• Work with Client Executives and insurer partners to develop renewal and placement strategies.
• Manage day-to-day servicing of client programmes, ensuring queries, adjustments and renewals are handled efficiently and professionally.
• Contribute to market exercises and negotiations to secure competitive and appropriate insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider business to deliver outstanding client outcomes and a scalable servicing proposition.
• Play an active role in growing the Mid-Market Practice and shaping its future direction.
