Howden in Reading is seeking a Client Advisory Team Manager to lead a high-performing client servicing team within our Mid-Market Practice. You will work closely with the Head of Office, Client Directors and Client Managers to shape the servicing proposition, develop talent and drive growth while ensuring outstanding service for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Client Advisors, creating an engaged, high-performing culture.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, support and direction, ensuring excellent service standards across the portfolio.
• Act as a role model for Howden's values and foster a culture of accountability and improvement.
• Support growth of the Mid-Market Practice and scalable servicing model.
• Oversee delivery of client retention and renewal strategies.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and act as escalation point.
• Collaborate with Operations to embed efficient working practices and new processes.
• Support talent development and future capability building within the team.
• Collaborate across the business to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
