Howden Group in Reading seeks a Client Advisory Team Manager to lead and develop a high-performing client servicing team within the Mid-Market Practice. You will coach advisors, steer service delivery, and partner with Directors to ensure exceptional outcomes for corporate clients.

The role focuses on building relationships, driving renewal strategies, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in a growing business environment. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a client servicing team in insurance.
• Experience with mid-market or corporate clients.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Willingness to develop people and teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Client Advisors to deliver high-quality service.
• Oversee service delivery across a portfolio of clients and ensure client retention and renewals.
• Collaborate with Client Directors/Managers to shape the servicing proposition and growth.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as escalation point when needed.
• Support talent development, succession planning and future capability building within the team.
