Senior MEICA Project Lead - Wastewater Upgrade

Job summary

Glanua Industrial is seeking a Project Manager to lead a major Arla Taw Valley Wastewater Treatment Plant upgrade from mobilisation through commissioning. The role requires coordinating MEICA, civil, electrical, instrumentation and commissioning teams to deliver safely, on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will oversee programme development, commercial performance and regular reporting, while maintaining strong client relationships and adherence to HSQE standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the water and wastewater industry.
• Extensive knowledge of CDM regulations.
• Experience in MEICA design, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Level 8 Honours Degree in Engineering.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and engage with customers and suppliers.
• Proficient with MS Office and project planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the Arla Taw Valley WWTP Project from mobilisation through to successful completion.
• Direct and coordinate design, procurement, construction, MEICA installation and commissioning teams.
• Ensure objectives, milestones and contractual deliverables are achieved.
• Manage interfaces between Glanua, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and client team.
• Provide leadership and direction to project personnel and foster a safety-focused culture.
• Develop and maintain the master project programme using MS Project and Primavera P6.
