Job summary

Glanua seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary water and wastewater infrastructure projects from design through handover. You will direct civil, MEICA, and process engineering, delivering on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards in a one-team culture.

Based in Basingstoke, this on-site role offers opportunities to mentor staff, manage procurement and contracts, and drive safety and HSQE performance while advancing your career within a growing engineering group.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role in water/wastewater.
• Experience leading Civil and MEICA engineering works.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders under pressure.
• Proven budgeting, procurement and contract-management capability.
• Full valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary civil, MEICA, and process teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Ensure on-site Health and Safety standards and sustainability policies are followed.
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to manage contracts and final accounts.
• Coach and mentor staff, supporting recruitment and development within the team.
• Oversee procurement, cashflow, and interim payments to clients.
• Monitor risk, performance, and opportunities, reporting monthly to the framework manager.
