SGS UK Ltd in the Birmingham area is seeking a Senior Technical Medical Device Coordinator to support the UK Medical Devices Team. You will coordinate Technical Documentation Reviews, monitor KPI reports and drive actions to resolve issues.

The role requires practical knowledge of Medical Device Regulations or Auditing Regulations, strong MS Office skills, and experience in an office environment. We offer a discretionary performance bonus, private medical cover, pension, generous leave and other

Qualifications

• Experience with Medical Device Regulations or related auditing regulations.
• Proven experience working in an office environment.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Strong IT literacy with MS Office and databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Technical Documentation (TD) reviews and related processes.
• Assist with management of customer complaints and inquiries.
• Support client calls and meetings to strengthen relationships with key clients.
• Raise purchase orders for invoicing clients.
