Job summary

Envirogen Group is seeking a Senior Engineer to own the end-to-end lifecycle of multi-million-pound industrial water and wastewater treatment systems in the UK.

You will lead design, mentoring, governance, and supplier engagement, with flexible hybrid or remote working arrangements and a path to technical and leadership excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil engineering.
• Proven track record in industrial water or wastewater projects.
• Strong communication and leadership for customer-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of multi-million pound water treatment systems.
• Mentor and develop core engineering team.
• Review and approve P&IDs, drawings, BOM, and electrical schematics.
• Specify pumps, valves, and instrumentation; support cost estimates for proposals.
• Collaborate with sales for accurate commercial proposals.
