Job summary

Envirogen Group UK Limited is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead end-to-end lifecycle of multi-million-pound water and wastewater treatment systems in the UK. You will own technical delivery from concept to field deployment, partnering with the PM team, in a flexible hybrid or remote setup.

You will mentor the core engineering team, review CAD/BOM, perform hydraulic calculations, and shape technical direction for high‑impact projects across the UK and international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Chemical or Civil engineering.
• Proven track record in industrial water, wastewater or fluid processing projects.
• Organised, proactive with strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end system design from concept to execution.
• Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence.
• Governance: review P&IDs, drawings and BOM.
• Select high-performance equipment and perform hydraulic/calculation work.
• Support sales with cost, labour and subcontractor estimates.
• Drive vendor governance and strategic sourcing.
