Envirogen Group in the UK is seeking a Senior Engineer to own the delivery of multi-million pound water and wastewater projects. You will lead end-to-end design to field deployment, mentoring the core team and ensuring technical excellence across complex capital systems.

Qualifications

• Academic Foundation: A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering preferred.
• Proven Track Record: demonstrated engineering success in industrial water, wastewater, or fluid processes.
• Professional Attributes: organized, self-directed, collaborative with strong communication for customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Advanced System Design: own end-to-end design lifecycle for multi-million-pound treatment systems from concept to execution.
• Mentor & Develop Talent: coach and elevate core engineering team capabilities.
• Engineering Governance & Review: approve critical project documentation including P&IDs, drawings, electrical schematics, BOMs.
• High-Performance Equipment Selection: hydraulic calculations, pump design, valve/instrument specifications, cost/estimate support for proposals.
• Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Governance: draft tech data sheets, issue RFQs, work with vendors for procurement decisions.
• Cross-Functional & Commercial Leadership: lead technical reviews with customers and collaborate with sales on cost estimates.
