Job summary

Envirogen Group UK Limited seeks a Senior Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of multi-million-pound water and wastewater projects in the UK, with hybrid or remote working options for highly qualified professionals.

The role drives technical design, governance, and vendor collaboration across the lifecycle from concept to implementation, mentoring the core engineering team and supporting commercial proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (Mechanical, Chemical or Civil) engineering degree.
• Demonstrated track record in industrial water, wastewater or fluid processes.
• Outstanding problem solving, communication, and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of capital projects (£1M–£20M).
• Mentor core engineering team to high technical standards.
• Lead design governance, project documentation, BOMs and vendor data.
• Support sales with cost, labour and subcontractor estimates for proposals.
