Job summary

Envirogen Group UK Limited is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead end-to-end lifecycle management of multi-million-pound water and wastewater treatment systems in the UK. You will own technical execution, mentor the engineering team, and collaborate with project management to deliver high-impact solutions.

The role offers a flexible hybrid or remote working arrangement, with a focus on technical ownership, governance, and cross-functional leadership across UK and international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
• Proven track record in industrial water, wastewater, or fluid processing industries.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills with customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of multi-million-pound treatment systems from concept to execution.
• Mentor and develop core engineering team to uphold technical excellence.
• Review and approve critical project documentation (P&IDs, BOMs, electrical schematics).
• Support sales with accurate cost, labour, and subcontractor estimates for proposals.
