Envirogen Group seeks a Senior Engineer to own the end-to-end lifecycle of multi-million-pound water and wastewater treatment systems, translating complex challenges into high-performance solutions. You will lead design, procurement, and commissioning for projects from £1M to £20M, partnering with PMs to deliver value and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
• Proven track record in industrial water, wastewater or fluid process industries.
• Highly organized, self-directed, collaborative, flat organization culture with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience managing end-to-end lifecycle of capital engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced system design across end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to execution.
• Mentor and develop core engineering talent.
• Governance and review of critical project documentation (P&IDs, drawings, schematics, BOM).
• Select high-performance equipment, perform hydraulic calculations, design pumps, valves and instrumentation.
• Support procurement with data-driven cost, labour and subcontractor estimates for proposals.
• Drive cross-functional and commercial reviews with sales and vendors.
