You'll lead end-to-end design, mentor engineers, govern technical reviews, specify equipment and BOMs, and collaborate with sales for cost estimates. This role offers accelerated professional growth within a flat, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
• Proven track record in industrial water, wastewater, or fluid processes.
• Organized, self-directed professional with strong communication for client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of multi-million-pound treatment systems from concept to execution.
• Mentor and develop core engineering staff for technical excellence.
• Govern engineering reviews and approve P&IDs, drawings and BOMs.
• Select high-performance equipment and perform hydraulic calculations and design specs.
• Lead strategic sourcing, RFQs and vendor data-driven decisions.
• Drive cross-functional reviews with sales for accurate cost and labor estimates.
