Envirogen Group is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead end-to-end design and delivery of multi-million-pound water treatment systems in the UK. You will own technical execution, mentor the engineering team, and work with project management to ensure on-time, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Academic foundation in science/engineering disciplines; strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Experience in industrial water, wastewater, or fluid processing sectors is valued.
• Ability to work in a flat, fast-paced environment with customer-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design and delivery of capital projects (£1M–£20M).
• Mentor and develop the core engineering team to maintain technical excellence.
• Review and approve P&IDs, drawings, electrical schematics, and BOMs.
