Job summary

Envirogen Group is seeking a Senior Engineer to own the execution and delivery of capital water and wastewater projects ranging from c£1M to £20M. You will partner with the Project Management team to translate complex challenges into high-performance systems across the lifecycle from concept to field deployment.

In a flat, entrepreneur-led environment, you will lead advanced system design, mentor the core engineering team, and govern critical project documentation including P&IDs, drawings,

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering degree, with a strong preference for Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
• Proven track record in the industrial water, wastewater, or fluid process industries.
• Highly organized, self-directed professional with top-tier problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design lifecycle of multi-million-pound treatment systems from concept to execution.
• Mentor and develop core engineering team to foster excellence and accountability.
• Review and approve P&IDs, fabrication drawings, electrical schematics, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Support sales with precise cost, labour, and subcontractor estimates for commercial proposals.
