Job summary

Envirogen Group is seeking a Senior Engineer to own the execution of large-scale water and wastewater projects in the UK. You will lead design from concept to field deployment, mentor a core team, and partner with PMs for successful delivery.

The role demands a strong background in mechanical/chemical/civil engineering, with proven industrial water experience, and a collaborative, flat-organization mindset that drives tangible commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in a relevant discipline.
• Proven track record delivering industrial water/wastewater projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of multi-million-pound water treatment systems.
• Review and approve key project documents (P&IDs, drawings, BOM).
• Mentor and develop core engineering team capabilities.
• Select equipment and perform hydraulic calculations for performance.
• Lead vendor interactions and drive procurement decisions for speed.
