Job summary

Envirogen Group UK Limited is seeking a Senior Engineer to own the technical delivery of high-value water and wastewater treatment projects in the UK. You will drive end-to-end design, interface with project management, and ensure robust, scalable systems.

In a flat, performance-driven environment, you will mentor engineers, review critical drawings and BOMs, and support commercial proposals with accurate cost and labour estimates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil engineering.
• Proven track record in industrial water, wastewater, or fluid processes.
• Strong communication and collaborative, client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of multi-million pound treatment systems.
• Mentor and develop core engineering team.
• Review and approve P&IDs, drawings, BOM and electrical schematics.
• Perform hydraulic calculations, pump design and selection.
• Support sales with cost, labour and subcontractor estimates.
