Job summary
Envirogen Group is seeking a Senior Engineer to own the execution of capital water and wastewater systems from concept through field deployment. You will lead advanced design, mentor the engineering team, and govern project documentation within a flat, collaborative culture.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Chemical or Civil engineering preferred.
- Proven track record in industrial water, wastewater, or fluid processes.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills in a flat, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end system design for multi-million-pound treatment projects from concept to delivery.
- Mentor and develop core engineering team capabilities.
- Oversee technical governance: reviews of P&IDs, drawings, electrical schematics and BOMs.
- Specify high-performance equipment and support commercial proposals with cost/ labour estimates.
- Drive sourcing and vendor governance with rigorous data sheets and RFQs.
- Lead cross-functional reviews with sales to secure winning proposals.
