Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil engineering.
• Proven history of engineering success in industrial water, wastewater, or fluid processes.
• Organized, self-directed, collaborative with strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of multi-million-pound treatment systems from concept to execution.
• Mentor and develop the core engineering team to high standards.
• Review and approve P&IDs, fabrication drawings, electrical schematics, and BOM.
• Select high-performance equipment including pumps, valves, instrumentation.
• Collaborate with vendors and sales for accurate cost and labour estimates.
• Drive cross-functional reviews with customers and key vendors.
