Job summary

Envirogen Group UK Limited, a premier Lifecycle Performance Company, seeks a Senior Engineer to own the execution of capital water and wastewater projects in the UK. The role combines design leadership with hands-on delivery across £1M–£20M systems, from concept through field deployment, in a flat, fast-moving organization.

The successful candidate will mentor a core engineering team, govern project documentation (P&IDs, drawings, BOMs), and support commercial bids with precise cost and vendor

Qualifications

• Academic foundations in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
• Proven track record in industrial water, wastewater, or fluid processes.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and customer-facing communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of multi-million-pound treatment systems from concept to execution.
• Mentor and develop the core engineering team for technical excellence.
• Review and approve critical project documentation, including P&IDs, drawings and BOMs.
• Specify high-performance equipment, hydraulics, pumps, valves, and instrumentation to ensure contract compliance.
• Support sales with cost, labour, and subcontractor estimates for proposals.
• Lead technical reviews with customers and vendors and coordinate cross-functional inputs.
