Job summary

Envirogen Group is seeking a Senior Engineer to own the execution of high-impact capital projects in the UK, spanning from £1M to £20M. The role offers hybrid or remote flexibility and a pathway to advance within a fast-growing water solutions provider.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering degree, strong preference for Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
• Proven track record in industrial water, wastewater, or fluid process industries.
• Highly organized, self-directed professional thriving in a flat organization, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design lifecycle of multi-million-pound treatment systems from concept to execution.
• Mentor and develop the core engineering team to sustain technical excellence.
• Review and approve critical project documentation including P&IDs, drawings, electrical schematics and BOMs.
• Perform hydraulic calculations, pump design/selection, and valve/instrumentation specs for performance and contractual compliance.
• Collaborate with sales for accurate cost, labour and subcontractor estimates for proposals.
