Mott MacDonald is seeking a Mechanical Discipline Lead for their Water Utilities Division in the UK. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will steer technical direction, manage deliverables, and coordinate across design teams to meet programme and commercial targets.

The role requires Chartered Engineer status, proven leadership of technical projects, and strong collaboration with clients and multi-disciplinary teams. Travel to client meetings is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Chartered Engineer (CEng) with a recognised institution.
• Proven ability to lead a portfolio of technical projects across water/infra.
• Strong experience in mechanical design for water and wastewater schemes.
• Excellent cross-disciplinary collaboration and client liaison skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to client sites and projects.
