Job summary

RED Global is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Business Analyst for a major insurance organisation on a 12-month contract. The role will bridge business and analytics, translating objectives into actionable analytical requirements to improve customer engagement, optimise campaign performance and support strategic marketing initiatives.

You will partner with Marketing, Data, Digital and Product teams, define KPIs, and deliver insightful dashboards and reporting to drive data-driven decisions

Qualifications

• Strong BI and analytics experience in marketing or data analytics.
• Experience in the insurance sector.
• Ability to define KPIs and analytical requirements.
• Experience working with large customer datasets and reporting.
• Experience delivering in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing, Data, Digital and Product teams to gather and define business requirements.
• Translate business objectives into analytical requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Analyse customer, campaign and commercial performance data to support business decisions.
• Support customer segmentation, retention, acquisition and cross-sell initiatives.
• Define and document KPIs, business metrics and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to deliver insight products and dashboards.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and build relationships with senior business stakeholders.
• Support roadmap planning for marketing analytics and customer insight projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement through data-driven recommendations.
