Job summary

RED Global is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Business Analyst for a major insurance organisation on a 12-month contract. The role will bridge business and analytics, translating objectives into actionable analytical requirements to improve customer engagement, optimise campaign performance and support strategic marketing initiatives.

You will partner with Marketing, Data, Digital and Product teams, define KPIs, and deliver insightful dashboards and reporting to drive data-driven decisions

Qualifications

• Strong BI and analytics experience in marketing or data analytics.
• Experience in the insurance sector.
• Ability to define KPIs and analytical requirements.
• Experience working with large customer datasets and reporting.
• Experience delivering in Agile environments.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Analytics Business Analyst to join a major insurance organisation undergoing significant investment in customer insight, marketing performance and data-driven decision making.

This role will bridge business and analytics teams, translating business objectives into actionable analytical requirements to improve customer engagement, optimise campaign performance and support strategic marketing initiatives.

Required Experience

• Strong Business Analysis experience within Marketing Analytics, Customer Insight or Data Analytics environments.
• Proven experience working within the insurance sector.
• Understanding of customer acquisition, retention and campaign performance measurement.
• Experience defining business KPIs and analytical requirements.
• Experience working with large customer datasets and reporting solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar visualisation tools.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake or cloud-based data platforms.
• Exposure to Customer 360, CRM or customer insight programmes.
