Job summary

Searchability® is a fast-growing, data-driven marketing organisation seeking a Marketing and Customer Analyst to turn complex marketing and customer data into actionable insights across B2B and B2C clients.

You will analyse customer behaviour, measure marketing effectiveness, loyalty, retention and purchasing patterns, and develop dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or Looker, working closely with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Marketing analytics experience required, agency background preferred.
• Degree with strong quantitative focus.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation.
• Experience building dashboards with BI tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing performance and customer behaviour across multiple channels.
• Use Python for data manipulation and analysis to identify trends.
• Develop dashboards and visualisations with Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
• Evaluate KPIs including ROAS, CPL, CTR and conversion rates.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Support ad-hoc analytics projects and wider marketing data initiatives.
