Job summary

Executive Integrity is assisting a specialist marine technology business in its search for a Business Development Manager focused on marine technology and decarbonisation. Location: North West England or London, hybrid, with regular travel between regions.

You will own commercial relationships across global gas carrier markets, win credibility with owners and shipyards, and translate emissions and gas handling expertise into tangible commercial wins, with room to grow into senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Engineer, marine, or closely adjacent background with ability to read drawings.
• Knowledge of emissions legislation and ability to apply credibility in sales.
• Experience managing long, complex sales cycles with owners and yards.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial relationships across a global gas carrier market with owners and shipyards.
• Build pipeline from day one and contribute to senior leadership expansion.
• Translate technical emissions and gas handling expertise into commercial wins.
• Operate in a relationship-led, multi-stakeholder sales environment.
