Job summary

Executive Integrity is seeking a Business Development Manager for Marine Technology & Decarbonisation. Location: North West England or London, hybrid with regular travel between the two, to lead commercial efforts in a specialist marine technology business at the heart of the industry’s decarbonisation push.

You will own relationships across a global gas carrier market, build a pipeline from day one after a leadership gap, and translate emissions and gas handling expertise into commercial

Qualifications

• An engineer, marine or closely adjacent, who can read a drawing and hold their own on emissions legislation, then sell on that credibility.
• Comfortable running long, complex sales cycles, twelve to twenty four months, across multiple stakeholders.
• Able to win trust on both sides of a sale, owner and yard, in a relationship led market.
• Keen to put engineering experience towards decarbonisation, not another industrial sales seat.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial relationships across a global gas carrier market, working owners and shipyards to secure a place on maker's lists.
• Step into a business-critical gap left by a departing commercial lead, with room to build pipeline from day one.
• A genuine route to a senior leadership seat, shaped around the calibre of person appointed.
• Turn technical understanding of emissions and gas handling systems into commercial wins.
