Qualifications
- 5+ years in Manufacturing/ERP environments
- Experience with shop orders and shop floors in manufacturing processes
- Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication
Responsibilities
- Gather and define project requirements with stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and user needs to identify solutions.
- Create and maintain functional and non-functional documents and use cases.
- Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Support development teams to implement requirements and resolve issues.
- Participate in design discussions to align with business goals.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- Assist in QA testing and lifecycle support.
- Help with project planning, estimation and risk management.
- Train users and create documentation for new features.
