Job summary

HOIST is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with strong manufacturing ERP expertise to join our client-focused team. You will gather requirements, map processes, and translate complex needs into clear functional specs for both business and technical stakeholders.

Your role includes ensuring alignment with manufacturing flows, costing and utilization while maintaining documentation and user stories. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing ERP environments, solid English communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing environments and ERP deployments.
• Experience in client-facing roles (3+ years).
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Gather and define project requirements with stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes, systems and user needs to identify improvements.
• Create functional and non-functional requirements, user stories and use cases.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Perform gap analysis between requirements and current systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure correct implementation.
• Participate in design discussions to align with business goals.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Support QA testing to ensure software meets requirements.
• Assist in project planning, estimation and risk management.
• Provide ongoing support to development teams during the SDLC.
• Analyze feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
