Job summary

HOIST is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with strong manufacturing and ERP expertise to guide transformation projects. You will gather requirements, create user stories, and document processes for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The role focuses on shop orders, shop floors, material consumption, time allocation, and costing within manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with delivery teams, support lifecycle activities, and travel up to 50% to engage with clients.

Qualifications

5+ years' progressive experience within Manufacturing environments and ERPs.
Experience with shop orders, shop floors, material consumption, and cost in manufacturing.
Strong communication and client-facing skills; able to work with diverse stakeholders.
Willingness to travel up to 50% and support lifecycle activities from discovery to implementation.
Experience with ERP implementation or upgrade projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements.
Analyze business processes, systems, and user needs to identify improvements.
Create and maintain detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and use cases.
Translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Perform gap analysis and ensure alignment with business goals.
Work with development teams to ensure accurate implementation and timely resolution.
Participate in design discussions and architecture reviews.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
Perform QA testing to validate software meets requirements.
Assist in project planning, estimation, and risk management.
Provide ongoing support during the software development lifecycle.
Analyze feedback and performance data for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
