Job summary

HOIST is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with strong manufacturing ERP background to drive requirements and analysis for ERP projects. You will translate business needs into clear specifications and work with stakeholders and development teams to deliver solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing environments, experience with shop orders and material flows, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

5+ years in Manufacturing environments and ERPs.
Experience with shop orders, shop floors, material flow and cost in manufacturing.
Post-secondary education in engineering; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements.
Analyze business processes, systems, and user needs to identify solutions.
Create functional and non-functional requirement documents, user stories and use cases.
Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Perform gap analysis between requirements and current systems.
Work with development teams to ensure correct implementation and issue resolution.
Participate in design discussions to align with business goals.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
Perform QA testing to validate software meets requirements.
Assist in project planning, estimation, and risk management.
Provide ongoing support to development teams during lifecycle.
Analyze user feedback and data to recommend improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Act as SME for business processes and software functionality.
Conduct training and create user documentation for adoption.
