Job summary

HOIST is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with a strong manufacturing background to support ERP implementations and process improvements. The role focuses on shop orders, material flow, cost tracking, and manufacturing efficiencies while collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing ERP environments, 3+ years in client-facing roles, and fluent English.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing environments and ERP implementations or upgrades.
Experience with shop orders, shop floors, material consumption and cost in manufacturing processes.
Minimum 3 years in client-facing roles; strong English communication is essential.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements.
Analyze business processes, systems and user needs to identify solutions.
Create functional and non-functional requirements, user stories and use cases.
Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and perform gap analyses.
Work with development teams to ensure correct implementation and timely issue resolution.
Contribute to design discussions and ensure alignment with business goals.
Facilitate cross-functional communication and conduct testing to validate software.
Assist in project planning, estimation and risk management; support ongoing adoption.
