Job summary

Vertice is seeking a strategic GTM leader to own and elevate the sales motion. You will shape GTM strategy, enablement, and programs for a global sales org, with a focus on US and EMEA markets from our London HQ.

You’ll partner with Constantin Clement and Roy to strengthen ICPs, drive AI use cases in GTM, and scale channels, geographies, and product lines as the company grows rapidly.

Qualifications

• Analytical generalist with operator instincts and a track record of executing sales motions.
• Able to win the confidence of senior sales leaders and push work to execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication, plain English, low ego.

Responsibilities

• Raise the ceiling and floor of the sales motion by embedding standard practices.
• Sell a broad product portfolio and accelerate momentum across channels.
• Design GTM programmes for scale and sharpen ICPs with measurable impact.
• Lead end-to-end GTM initiatives from strategy to execution with cross-functional teams.
