We are seeking a Senior Manager - Business Process Improvement to drive transformative process improvement across Visa's global operations. This role goes beyond project management-it requires deep expertise in automation platforms, AI-driven solutions, and digital transformation strategy.
You will lead end-to-end automation initiatives, from discovery to deployment, leveraging tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, UiPath, Blue Prism, and emerging AI technologies. Acting as a thought leader, you will influence senior stakeholders, shape automation strategy, and deliver measurable business impact.
