Job summary

Accenture Song seeks a Senior Manager to lead agentic commerce transformation programmes for Consumer Goods and Retail clients in London. You will shape strategy, architectures, and delivery while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and driving pipeline growth.

You will own programme delivery end-to-end, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and translate client ambitions into executable roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, or commerce with Consumer Goods/Retail focus.
• Proven track record of originating and closing engagements and building client relationships at senior levels.
• Strong understanding of digital commerce, AI, and multi-disciplinary programme delivery.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end agentic commerce transformation programmes for CGS and Retail clients across strategy, architecture, and delivery workstreams.
• Own senior client relationships and maintain visibility across accounts, including marketing, commerce, technology, and commercial functions.
• Identify and close new commercial opportunities; shape propositions and drive commercial processes from qualification to contract.
• Grow the Consumer Goods and Retail portfolio through account plans, pipeline, and appropriate Song capabilities.
• Translate client objectives into executable delivery roadmaps and architectures; ensure high-quality outcomes and value realisation.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and foster high performance across complex programmes.
• Represent Accenture Song externally with clients and at industry forums; contribute to thought leadership and propositions.
• Develop talent within the team through coaching, stretch opportunities, and strong professional craft.
