Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking an experienced Agentic Commerce Architect to lead the technical design of enterprise-grade agentic AI systems in London. You will own architecture for LLM-powered applications, orchestration pipelines, and integration with OMS, PIM, CRM, and payments, aligning with client constraints and business outcomes.

You will guide engineers, review decisions, and contribute to architectural accelerators while engaging with senior stakeholders to articulate trade-offs and value.

Qualifications

• 7 years of professional experience in technical architecture or related roles with delivery across enterprise platforms.
• Experience leading design sessions and presenting architecture options to senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on delivery on at least one major enterprise commerce platform with knowledge of integration patterns.
• Demonstrable experience with Generative AI and agentic AI systems including LLM-powered design and RAG patterns.
• Experience building data and context pipelines for AI systems and embedding pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Owning the technical architecture of agentic commerce workstreams within enterprise delivery programmes, designing system components and integration patterns.
• Designing and documenting agentic AI solution architectures including multi-agent patterns and RAG systems for personalised commerce use cases.
• Architecting integration between agentic AI systems and enterprise platforms via APIs and event-driven patterns.
• Contributing to build vs. buy decisions across LLM platforms and orchestration frameworks with delivery maturity.
• Designing knowledge and data architecture underpinning agent intelligence with vector retrieval and semantic search.
• Embedding AI governance, observability, and responsible AI principles into architecture design with audit logging.
• Providing technical leadership to delivery teams and maintaining architectural coherence across workstreams.
• Leading architecture reviews with client stakeholders and presenting options with trade-offs and business outcomes.
• Contributing to Accenture Song’s agentic commerce architecture capability and accelerators.
