Accenture Song seeks an Agentic AI and Commerce Architect to lead end-to-end technical design and delivery of agentic commerce systems for global clients. You will define architecture, select AI/ML platforms, and ensure scalable, secure solutions integrated with live commerce stacks.

The role combines enterprise commerce depth with agentic AI leadership, requiring strong governance, collaboration with DevOps and data teams, and guidance on multi-model routing and auditability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in AI/ML systems design and delivery of Generative AI.
• 4+ years enterprise commerce delivery on major stacks or equivalent depth in adjacent platforms.
• Proven experience with LLM-based systems: RAG, tool-calling, multi-agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-agent architectures and agentic orchestration patterns.
• Lead architecture workshops with senior client stakeholders and define roadmaps.
• Guide integration of agentic AI into live enterprise commerce environments.
