Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Commerce & AI Consultant to help design, build, and scale modern digital commerce ecosystems with Generative AI and agentic capabilities. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams to create strategy, assess current states, and deliver transformative programs for clients in a fast-paced setting.

You will apply expertise across ecommerce platforms, AI tooling, and operations, while engaging with senior stakeholders to drive value and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4 years of professional experience in consulting or commerce roles.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce strategy and digital commerce platforms.
• Experience with commerce operations and technology integration.
• Demonstrable familiarity with AI and agentic commerce concepts.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand challenges and craft commercially grounded solutions.
• Lead interviews, workshops and co-creation sessions with clients at varying levels of seniority.
• Apply knowledge of commerce platforms, search and merchandising to guide platform-agnostic decisions.
• Contribute to shaping and delivering commerce transformation roadmaps and designs.
• Lead project delivery workstreams and produce high-quality deliverables.
• Adopt AI tooling as part of day-to-day delivery to accelerate client outcomes.
