As a Commerce & AI Consultant- Agentic Commerce in London, you will shape strategy, lead client workshops, and apply AI tooling to deliver end-to-end commerce transformation with

Qualifications

• 4 years of professional experience in consulting or industry commerce roles.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce strategy and digital commerce platforms.
• Experience with commerce operations and day-to-day business processes.
• Familiarity with at least one major platform (Shopify or Commercetools).
• Demonstrated interest in agentic commerce and AI.

Responsibilities

• Understand client challenges and define commercially grounded ecommerce solutions.
• Lead interviews, workshops and co-creation sessions with clients.
• Advise on commerce technology choices across platforms and data systems.
• Contribute to shaping and delivering transformation roadmaps.
• Lead delivery workstreams and produce high-quality deliverables.
• Apply AI tooling to enhance delivery speed and quality.
• Develop client-ready assets and viewpoints on agentic commerce.
