Job summary
Accenture Song is seeking a Senior Manager-level AI & Agentic Technical Delivery Lead in London/Manchester to steer customer AI initiatives from concept through production. You will review architectures, challenge designs, manage risks and translate client ambitions into implementable plans, guiding teams of engineers, data scientists and architects.
You will operate across personalisation, customer decisioning, service agents and retrieval-augmented generation, driving measurable business value
Qualifications
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of engineers, data scientists and architects.
- Translating client ambitions into viable technical approaches and delivery plans.
- Strong understanding of software engineering, APIs, cloud and CI/CD.
- Experience advising senior leaders on AI strategy and value.
Responsibilities
- Review architectures and challenge design decisions.
- Identify risks early and advise on feasibility.
- Shape customer AI solutions with technical requirements and estimates.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and establish scalable delivery practices.
- Represent Accenture Song in client engagements.
