Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the delivery and growth of agentic commerce transformation programmes for Consumer Goods and Retail clients in London. This role sits at the intersection of industry expertise, digital commerce strategy, and AI capability, translating strategic vision into actionable programmes and building client relationships across senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

~10 years of professional experience in consulting, digital strategy, or commerce with a focus on Consumer Goods and/or Retail
Proven ability to originate and convert commercial opportunities
Experience managing and growing senior client relationships
Experience leading multi-workstream digital transformation programmes
Strong understanding of digital commerce strategy and platforms

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of agentic commerce transformation programmes for CGS and Retail clients
Own senior client relationships and grow key accounts
Identify, shape, and close new commercial opportunities
Contribute to growth of the Consumer Goods and Retail portfolio
Translate strategic objectives into executable programme structures and roadmaps
Lead multi-disciplinary teams across strategy, technology, and analytics
Drive evolution of Accenture Song's agentic commerce capability
Develop talent and coach team members
