Job summary

Accenture Song invites an Agentic AI & Commerce Architect to lead end-to-end design and delivery of production-grade agentic commerce systems for global clients. You will define architecture, select AI/ML platforms, and ensure scalable, secure implementations embedded in live commerce environments.

You will partner with development, DevOps, data engineering, and client teams to translate strategy into executable architecture, driving large-scale, multi-region programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in AI/ML with production systems
• 4+ years enterprise commerce delivery on major stacks
• Proven experience designing LLM-based systems (RAG, tool-calling)
• Experience with vector retrieval and embedding pipelines
• Experience with AI governance frameworks and HITL
• AgentOps/LLMOps: observability, tracing, evaluation
• Commerce stack integration: OMS, PIM, DAM, CRM, payments

Responsibilities

• Design multi-agent architecture blueprints and governance frameworks
• Lead architecture for large-scale agentic commerce implementations
• Guide path from prototype to production with CI/CD scaling
• Lead workshops with client stakeholders and define roadmaps
• Develop KPIs for agent performance and ROI
• Shape Accenture Song’s architecture standards and accelerators
• Engage stakeholders and grow engineering talent in the practice
